The protection offered by this chest and back guard is solid, but I found the X-Large a bit tight around my shoulders when riding. It does the job well during descents though! Just wish it was more adjustable. Still a decent option for mountain biking.

Tough to adjust and bulky
While the Fox Racing Baseframe Pro does provide good coverage, I struggled a bit with adjusting it for comfort. The X-Large size felt bulky under my jersey and made pedaling a bit awkward. Might be better for someone who prioritizes protection over comfort.
