Unfortunately, this axle didn’t work for my 2004 Forester. It was difficult to install, and once I did, it started making weird noises after a few days. I wish I had checked the compatibility better. Just a warning if you're unsure about the fit.

Decent but came with minor issues
I ordered this axle shaft for my 2006 Subaru Baja, and while it fits fine, the packaging arrived a bit damaged. Luckily, the part was intact and it works fine. Just a heads up, be careful when taking it out of the box.

Solid Replacement for My Forester
