I bought these shock absorbers for my truck and while they perform well, I had some trouble deciphering the installation instructions. It took me a while to get them installed properly. Once on, the ride is definitely more comfortable, so I’m satisfied overall. Just wish the setup was clearer!

Solid Product, Some Issues with Packaging
The shock absorbers themselves are solid and perform well on my International TerraStar. However, they arrived with some minor dents in the packaging, which was concerning. Thankfully, the shocks themselves were unharmed. I’m enjoying a smoother ride now, just wished they’d been better packaged.

Color Was Off, But Still Functional
I ordered these Gabriel shock absorbers thinking they’d be a black finish, but they arrived with a slightly different hue. They fit my 2014 International TerraStar just fine and work as expected, but the color mismatch was a bit annoying. Can’t complain too much about the ride quality though!
