The strut itself works fine, but I had to wait a bit longer than expected for it to arrive. Once it was here, installation was straightforward and it fits perfectly. Just wish the shipping was faster!

Damaged on arrival
I was really disappointed when my Gabriel strut arrived with some dents. It took a while to get a replacement, but the customer service was helpful. The new one is already installed, and seems good so far.

Not what I expected
I thought the Gabriel strut would be a bit more robust based on the description. It works, but it feels lighter than I anticipated. It gets the job done, but I’m not sure how long it’ll last under heavy use.
