Fill hair with strength 7 layers deep with our system for inner fiber repair outer visible transformation. INNER: Repairs and strengthens broken bonds deep in the cortex hair fibers inner layer*. OUTER: Strong smooth soft and healthy-looking hair. Use as Step 1 in Hair Filler system of your choice. We recommend using the pre-shampoo treatment with every wash.
