I installed the Gates 6828 V-belt on my lawn mower and it has been fantastic! The 1/2 x 28 size fit perfectly, and the power-rated design really makes a difference in power transfer. It runs smoothly without slipping, which is a huge relief. I’ll definitely be looking for Gates belts for future repairs.

Decent Belt but Delivery Was Slow
The Gates 6828 belt works well for my needs, but I was pretty disappointed with the delivery time. It took longer than expected to arrive. Once installed, it performs fine, but I wish the process had gone a bit smoother.

Doesn't Fit My Equipment Right
I bought the Gates 6828 belt for my generator, but it didn’t fit as I had hoped. The 1/2 x 28 dimensions seemed off, and I struggled to get it on properly. The quality looks good, but it didn’t work out for me. Just check your measurements carefully before ordering!
