I ordered this component kit for my 2015 Town & Country and it took over a week to arrive. When it finally got here, it was all intact and I’m happy with the parts. Just wish the delivery wasn’t so slow; it made the whole process frustrating. Still, the product itself seems fine!

Not impressed with the quality
I had high hopes for this Gates serpentine belt kit, but I was disappointed. The belt started squeaking within a few weeks, and one of the pulleys felt flimsy. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I expected better from Gates. I won’t be buying this again.

Good value for my minivan
This Gates kit is a solid choice for my 2015 Town & Country. The belt and pulleys are high quality, and I've noticed a quieter engine since installing it! Installation instructions could be clearer, but I managed alright. Highly recommend for anyone with a similar model.

Easy upgrade for my van!
I just replaced the serpentine belt on my 2016 Chrysler with this Gates kit. It came with everything I needed, and the quality seems top-notch. I can honestly say my engine runs smoother now. Installation took a little time, but it was pretty straightforward.

Decent kit but some parts off
I bought this kit for my 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. While most parts worked well, the tensioner didn't quite fit as expected. It took a bit of tweaking to get everything lined up correctly. Not horrible, but I thought it would be smoother for the price.
