I had high hopes for this Gates kit, but the water pump gave out after just a few months. The timing belt itself seems fine, but I expected better longevity. Just make sure to keep an eye on it.

Great Timing Belt Kit!
I installed this Gates PowerGrip kit on my 2006 Acura MDX and it fits like a glove. The included water pump is a nice touch, and I appreciate the quality of the materials. Definitely worth it for peace of mind!

Reliable and sturdy timing kit
I’ve used Gates products before, and this timing belt kit did not disappoint. The water pump included is efficient too. My engine runs smoother now. Definitely a solid investment for my 2005 Acura MDX!

Solid product but tough to install
The Gates timing belt kit seems really well made and works great on my MDX. However, I found the installation process a bit tricky. Make sure you have a good manual or video tutorial handy!
