The General Tire AltiMAX RT45 is a long-lasting, all-season touring tire for coupes, sedans, minivans, and crossovers thats backed by up to 75,000-miles of limited manufacturer tread life coverage. Offering drivers reliable braking on wet roads, the AltiMAX RT45 utilizes Generals Replacement Tire Monitor which features letters in the tread that wear off to read REPLACE TIRE when the tire wears to 2/32 of tread depth, indicating a tire change is needed.
The General Altimax RT45 tires work fine for my daily commute, but I don't find them anything special. They are decent for the price, but I’ve had better tires in the past. The sizing is perfect at 225/65R17, but I expected a bit more grip on sharp turns.

Not bad but had a few issues
I got these tires a few weeks ago and they perform decently well. The grip is okay, but I expected a bit more given the reviews. They do look nice, and the size 225/65R17 was a perfect fit, but I had to wait longer than I’d hoped for delivery.
