Offering drivers reliable braking on wet roads, the AltiMAX RT45 utilizes Generals Replacement Tire Monitor which features letters in the tread that wear off to read REPLACE TIRE when the tire wears to 2/32 of tread depth, indicating a tire change is needed.
I recently put these General Altimax RT45 tires on my SUV, and they've been fantastic! The grip on both wet and dry roads is impressive, and the ride is smoother than I expected. Plus, they feel super stable at higher speeds, which is a big win for me.

Decent performance, but a bit noisy
These tires are okay. The General Altimax RT45 performs well in rain, but I found them a bit louder than I anticipated on the highway. They do hold the road nicely, just wish they were a tad quieter for long drives. Still, they're a decent choice for the price.

Disappointed with quality
I was excited to try the General Altimax RT45 tires, but they didn't meet my expectations. One tire had a defect and caused a vibration at higher speeds. I had to get it replaced, which was frustrating. Not the experience I hoped for.
