The tow hook works fine and fits my truck well, but I was not happy with the shipping time. It took longer than expected to get here. Once I had it, installation was straightforward and it looks good on my vehicle.

Solid Tow Hook for My Chevy

Disappointing Quality Control
I ordered this tow hook and it arrived with a small dent in it. Installation was confusing due to unclear instructions, and I had to watch a video online to figure it out. Not what I hoped for from a GM product.

Sturdy, but not exactly what I wanted
This tow hook is solidly built and does the job, but I wish it came in a different finish. It's a bit more glossy than I expected. It works fine for towing, though, and I appreciate that it’s from GM so I trust the quality.
