I bought this latch actuator as a replacement for my old one in a 2014 Chevy Impala. It installed without a hitch and works just like the original. Very pleased with the performance!

Stopped working after a month
Unfortunately, this actuator stopped functioning after about a month of use. I followed all installation instructions, so I’m really disappointed. I expected better durability.

Not as good as the original
This actuator works, but it feels a bit cheaper than the OEM part I replaced. The door doesn’t latch as smoothly. I guess it’s okay for the price, but I might look for a better one next time.

Decent but took too long to arrive
The actuator works fine, but the shipping was slower than I expected. It took about a week to get here. Once installed, it does the job, but I wish it had come quicker.
