The magnetically fastened ZEISS optical shield provides wraparound eye protection with exceptional optical clarity, and its easy to flip up or remove with one hand when appropriate. Always keep a spare.
The Giro Aerohead helmet is nice in terms of design and weight. However, I found the shield gets foggy quickly on chilly morning rides, which can be a little distracting. Still, I appreciate the fit and the overall protection it offers, just wish visibility was better!

Stylish but feels heavy
I really like how the Aerohead helmet looks in grey and silver, but it feels heavier than I expected for a cycling helmet. It fits well, but I think I’d prefer something lighter for long rides. It does seem durable, which is a plus!
