Did the job but slower than expected
The Greartisan gear motor works fine for my needs, but I imagined it to be a bit faster than 30RPM. It has decent torque, which is good, but I wish it was a little quicker for my application. Still, it gets the job done!

Decent motor, came damaged
When I received the Greartisan motor, there was a dent on the casing. It still functions well, but I wasn't thrilled about the damaged appearance. The torque is solid, but I was hoping for better packaging to avoid this issue.
