Unfortunately, my Gulfmew tire tool arrived with a bent hook, making it difficult to use. I reached out to customer service for a replacement, but it has been a hassle. I hope the new one is better, but I'm disappointed with this experience.

Could be more durable
While the Gulfmew bead installation tool makes it easier to change tires, I did notice that the hook bent slightly after a few uses. It’s still usable, but I wish it felt a bit more robust. Not a bad tool overall, just minor qualms.

Needs clearer instructions
The Gulfmew tool works fine, but I found the instructions to be a bit vague. It took me longer than expected to figure out how to use it effectively. Once I got the hang of it, it did help with tire changes, but that initial struggle was frustrating.
