I was excited for the H&R Sport Spring, but after a short while of using it, I noticed some wear and tear that I didn’t expect. The spring action isn’t as responsive anymore. Disappointed since I had high hopes for these!

The H&R Sport Spring is fantastic! I've been using it for my daily runs, and it really helps with stability. The spring action gives a nice bounce that keeps my legs from tiring too quickly. Plus, the sleek design in black is a nice touch.

Decent Springs but Lacking Instructions
I bought the H&R Sport Springs for my son, and while they seem to perform well, the installation instructions were pretty unclear. It took us longer than expected to get everything set up. They do feel good during exercise, though.
