Haydens power steering oil coolers remove destructive heat generated within a power steering system, especially in vehicles with large tires such as motorhomes and off-road vehicles. Installation of a power steering oil cooler will prolong the life of the systems pump, hoses, fluid and seals.
The Hayden Automotive 1011 cooler is effective, but I had some trouble during installation. The instructions were a bit vague, which made it challenging. Once I got it in, though, it cooled my power steering oil like a champ. Just make sure you have some mechanical know-how before diving in!
