Haydens power steering oil coolers remove destructive heat generated within a power steering system, especially in vehicles with large tires such as motorhomes and off-road vehicles. Installation of a power steering oil cooler will prolong the life of the systems pump, hoses, fluid and seals.
I bought the Hayden Inc 1009 power steering oil cooler for my older truck, and it’s made a noticeable difference in fluid temperatures. The silver finish looks great under the hood, and installation was straightforward with the right tools. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their cooling system!

Arrived Damaged, Very Disappointed
Unfortunately, my Hayden Inc 1009 cooler arrived with a dent, which was really disappointing. I was looking forward to upgrading my vehicle but had to return it immediately. Not sure if I will purchase again after this experience.

Great Quality, A Bit Pricey
I was impressed with the build quality of this Hayden steering oil cooler. It is quite solid and definitely helps with my steering performance. However, I feel it’s a bit on the expensive side compared to others in the market. Still glad I made the purchase.

Decent Cooler but Install Took Time
The Hayden 1009 cooler works well in keeping my power steering oil cool, but I struggled a bit during installation. The instructions weren't super clear, and I had to figure out a few connections on my own. Once installed, it does the job, so I'm satisfied, just wish it was easier to set up!
