Unfortunately, my HJC I31 arrived with a small scratch on it. I contacted customer service, but the process was a bit slow. The helmet itself feels nice and fits well, but I was really hoping for a flawless product. Disappointed.

Decent but not without flaws
The HJC I31 is a solid helmet, but I found the sizing a bit off. The XX-Large felt snug compared to other brands. It looks good and is DOT approved, but just make sure you try it on before buying. A little disappointed with the fit.

Good value for an open face helmet
I got this black HJC I31 for my dad, and he loves it! The open face design is great for riding around town, and it looks stylish. DOT approval gives me peace of mind too. Just wish it came with a better interior padding, but it's functional.
