Not what I expected
I ordered this helmet for my brother, and while it looks good, the gray color was a bit darker than in the photos. Also, it took longer to arrive than I thought it would. Just okay for my needs.

Nice helmet, but packaging was an issue
I like the HJC i31 helmet, it’s stylish and fits well, but the box it came in was dented and a little damaged. Luckily, the helmet itself was fine, but it did make me worry at first. Just a minor inconvenience!

Arrived with a scratch
Unfortunately, my HJC i31 helmet arrived with a noticeable scratch on the side. I was really looking forward to using it for my rides. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement, but I was told it would take weeks. Disappointed.
