Howes Multi-Purpose lubricator and penetrating oil is made from a secret formula of highly refined petroleum ingredients that lubricates without evaporating and permeates to leave a protective film that will not attract dirt or dust.
I was really counting on this Howes oil for some heavy-duty tasks, but it didn’t penetrate as well as I hoped. Used it on some seized bolts, and it took longer than anticipated to work. Disappointed with how it performed, honestly.

I've been using the Howes multi-purpose lubricator for a few weeks now, and it works wonders on rusty bolts. The 1-gallon size is perfect for my workshop, and the penetrating oil really gets into those tight spots. Just wish the bottles were a little easier to pour from!

Decent but packaging issues
