I really like the Kanpas V-39 compass; it’s functional and stylish in grey. The double dials are accurate and easy to read. However, it did arrive with a few scratches on the surface, which was a letdown. I’m still using it though!

Just okay, not as bright in dark
I like the concept of the Kanpas compass, but I expected the luminous capsule to be brighter in the dark. It’s decent in daylight, but at night it’s a little hard to see. Not bad, but I had higher hopes.

Doesn't stay in place well
While the Kanpas V-39 looks nice and seems well-made, I’ve had major issues with the adjustable holder. It doesn’t hold the compass securely, and it slides around on my dashboard. Disappointed with that aspect!

Great little compass for my car!

Good visibility but tricky to mount
The Kanpas V-39 compass has great visibility, especially in low light thanks to the luminous feature. However, I did find the mounting process a bit tricky. It took me a while to get it adjusted just right on my dashboard, but once it was set, it works great!
