Unfortunately, my experience with the Katool 2-post lift hasn't been great. It arrived with some minor damage to one of the posts, and I had to deal with customer service to get a replacement part. I expected better durability for the price.

Impressive lift for serious mechanics
This Katool lift is a beast! With 12,000 lbs capacity, I can handle almost anything in my shop. The 167-inch height is excellent for my larger vehicles. Installation was straightforward, and I appreciate the sturdy build. Definitely a worthwhile investment for any serious mechanic.

Solid lift for my garage setup
I recently installed the Katool 12,000 lbs 2-post lift in my garage, and it works like a charm! The 167-inch height is perfect for my taller vehicles, and the lifting capacity gives me peace of mind. It feels super sturdy and was fairly easy to set up with a buddy.

Good lift but needs better instructions
The Katool 2-post lift seems robust and lifts my car without issues. However, I found the installation instructions a little confusing. It took some extra time to figure things out. Still, once up, it does the job really well for my auto repairs.

Great quality but shipping delay
I’m pleased with the Katool lift’s performance. It lifts my truck effortlessly, which is what I needed. Just a heads up, though: it took longer to arrive than expected, which was a bummer. But now that I have it, I can’t complain about the quality!
