I was really disappointed when I opened the package and found the air filter damaged. It looked like it had been crushed during shipping. I contacted customer service, but I’m still waiting for a replacement. Not the best buying experience for me.

Easy Install, Not Sure About Quality
Got this filter for my Chrysler 200, and while it was easy to install, I have my doubts about how long it will last. It looks good and does the job for now, but I hope I won’t need to replace it too soon. Just a bit concerned about durability.
