Assembly lines are designed for maximum efficiency as well as intermediate testing points to ensure the mirrors proper outcome. Finally, all products are fit tested, powered up and rotated and all accessories such as turn signals and heat are functional. Proper processes and controls that Kool-Vue delivers on its commitment of quality.
I installed this Kool Vue mirror on my 2007 MKX and while it functions well, the chrome finish looks a bit different than I imagined. It works fine for heating and the light is functional, but I wish it matched better with my car’s trim.

Arrived damaged, very disappointed
I was really excited about this mirror, but it arrived with a crack in the glass. I was hoping for a quick fix since it's a heated mirror with a puddle lamp, but now I have to deal with returns. Not a great experience.

Good but had a shipping issue
The mirror itself is great for my Lincoln MKX. It heats up quickly and the puddle lamp is quite bright. My only complaint is that it took a week longer than expected to arrive, which was frustrating. Otherwise, it works as advertised!

Great replacement mirror for my MKX
