I bought this for my husband who loves tinkering with his car. The Longacre pyrometer performs well and helps him monitor temperatures effectively. He particularly likes how easy it is to carry around. Not too fancy, but does the job!

Inconsistent readings sometimes
While the Longacre pyrometer has a solid build, I noticed that the temperature readings can be a bit inconsistent at times. I might have just received a defective unit, but it’s a tad frustrating when trying to tune my engine. Might try contacting support.

Arrived damaged, disappointed
