Good but with a few quirks
The Longacre Deluxe Digital Pyrometer is pretty reliable, but I had some difficulty getting it to sync with my laptop for data logging. Once I figured it out, it's been a solid addition to my setup. Just wish the instructions were clearer!

Nice Temperature Gauge!
This pyrometer from Longacre works great! It’s really responsive and the readings are consistent. I use it in my BBQ competitions and it’s been great for monitoring those hot spots. Would love a built-in light for late-night grilling though.
