The alternator works great in my F-550, but I had to wait longer than expected for it to arrive. Once installed, it powered up just fine, but I was a bit annoyed with the delayed shipping. Still, it does the job well!

Stopped working after a few months
I replaced the alternator in my 2000 Excursion with this Lucas unit, but unfortunately, it stopped working after only a few months. It was easy to install, but I expected better durability. I'm now looking for another option to replace it again.
