Luckily, Mishimoto has developed a direct-fit transmission cooler to do just that. Our transmission cooler for the 2015-2018 RAM 6.7L Cummins utilizes a tube-and-fin core with internal fins to balance flow with efficient cooling. With a massive 112% greater core volume, 237% increase in fin area, and 226% increase in fluid capacity, this trans cooler is a huge improvement over the stock unit. To make even better use of that extra core volume, the Mishimoto transmission cooler utilizes fins within the tubes to not only add more cooling surface area, but also ensure more of the fluid contacts the tube, leading to better cooling efficiency. All these improvements make the Mishimoto transmission cooler the ideal replacement for your stock transmission cooler. Installation of this transmission cooler requires no cutting or other modifications and includes all hardware needed for a fast and easy install. The Mishimoto cooler does its job well, keeping my transmission temperatures down while hauling. However, the installation instructions weren’t super clear, which added some time to the process. Once it was in, though, no complaints!

Great upgrade for my Ram!
I installed the Mishimoto transmission cooler on my 2017 Cummins Ram, and it's made a noticeable difference in temperature management. It fits perfectly and looks great under the hood. Definitely worth the investment if you're towing regularly!

Came damaged, but works fine
I really wanted to love this cooler for my Ram, but it arrived with a small dent. I contacted support, and they were helpful. It functions well, but I expected better packaging. Just be cautious if you order it!
