This lubricant is specially recommended for hard to shift and noisy gearboxes. It can be used for all mechanical transmission, synchronized or not synchronized gearboxes, gearbox/differential, transfer gearbox and hypoid differentials without limited slip system operating under shocks, heavy loads and low revolution speed or moderate loads and high revolution speed. This extreme pressure lubricant can be used for an efficient anti wear protection and is reinforced with synthetic base stocks for a better resistance at high temperature and longer life time. It stays in 90 grade after KRL 20 hours shear test as requested by SAE J306 Standard, July 1998 update. It has very high lubricating power which decreases friction and wear. It remains at 90 grade at hot temperature to provide outstanding oil film resistance at hot temperature and to reduce transmission noise. The fluid remains at low temperatures to allow easier gear shifting when the gearbox is cold hence less effort required on the gear lever to shift the gears. It is suitable for any type of seal and yellow material used in gearboxes design and has anti-corrosion and anti-foam properties.
Motul 75W90 is a solid choice for differential lubrication. It works well, but I had to wait longer than expected for it to arrive. Still, I'm happy with the performance so far – gear changes feel much smoother.

Great lubricant for my car's gearbox
I've been using Motul Motylgear 75W90 in my manual transmission and it's been fantastic. The shifting is smooth and I've noticed less noise from the gearbox. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable gearbox lubricant!

Arrived damaged but works fine
Unfortunately, the bottle of Motul I received was dented and the packaging was not great. However, the lubricant itself works well in my gearbox. Just wish it had arrived in better condition.

Decent but not exceptional
This Motul lubricant does the job for my gearbox, but I expected a bit more performance based on the reviews. It's okay, but I might try something else next time. Just felt like it didn't quite live up to the hype.
