Great Rack but Minor Assembly Issues
The Neorexon rack does its job well, but I had some trouble with the assembly instructions. They could be clearer. Once it was set up, though, it felt really sturdy and handles my ladders without a problem.

Not as Adjustable as I Hoped

Packaging Arrived Damaged
Unfortunately, when my Neorexon ladder rack arrived, the packaging was all dented. The product itself was fine, but I was concerned at first. After installation, it works well on my Chevy Express, so I guess it turned out alright in the end.
