So far, the Niche starter motor is doing its job on my Yamaha Waverunner VX. However, I did find the instructions a bit unclear, which made the installation more challenging than it should have been. Once I figured it out, it worked well, but a clearer guide would have helped.

Not what I expected
I’m a bit disappointed with this Niche starter motor. It didn’t fit properly in my VX-C cruiser, and I had to make some adjustments to get it to work. It’s running fine now, but the hassle wasn’t worth it. Just make sure you check compatibility before buying.

Solid motor but cheap packaging
Installed this starter motor on my VX-C and it works as intended. Starts without trouble! The only complaint I have is that the packaging was a bit flimsy; it arrived with some dents, but luckily the motor was unharmed. Just a minor setback.
