I replaced the old alternator in my 1995 Ford Ranger with this OEG Parts model, and it works great. The installation was pretty straightforward even for a novice like me. Love that it seems to hold up well under the hood so far!

Good value for the price!
I bought this alternator for my 1996 Ford Escort, and it’s been a decent upgrade. It's compatible like it says, and I appreciate the 2.3L fit. No issues with the electrical connections so far. Would buy again if needed!

Works well but had a few hiccups
Installed this alternator on my 1994 Mazda pickup. It’s running fine now, but I did have trouble with the mounting bolts not lining up perfectly. Took me a bit longer than expected to get it secured, but overall, it’s functioning well and keeping the battery charged!

Arrived damaged, not impressed
Unfortunately, my alternator arrived with some dents and scratches. I tried to install it anyway, but it made a weird noise right off the bat. I ended up returning it and looking for another option. Disappointing experience overall.

Decent performance in my old truck
I've had this OEG Parts alternator in my 1992 Ford Ranger for about a month now. It's been performing just fine, keeping my battery charged during daily drives. The installation was easier than I thought it would be. I’d say it’s a solid choice for older vehicles!
