Installation was a breeze for my 2009 E350, but when it arrived, there were some small scratches on the finish. They don’t affect functionality, but it’s a bit disappointing. Hopefully, it lasts long; time will tell!

Stopped working after a few weeks
Unfortunately, the regulator stopped functioning properly just a few weeks after installation. I followed all the steps, but now the window won't go down. Really frustrated with this purchase; it seemed like a good deal at first!
