I installed this OEG Parts starter in my 1995 GMC with a 6.5 diesel engine, and it's been working great! The high torque really kicks in, and I love that it was compatible with my older model. Installation was straightforward, which made it even better.

Not what I expected
Unfortunately, this starter arrived with some damage to the casing. It still works, but it was disappointing to see it in that condition. The performance so far is decent, but I'd be cautious about ordering again.
