This starter is compatible with my Lincoln, and it does the job well. However, it took a little longer to arrive than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Still, it's a solid product for the price.

Defective unit received, very disappointing
Unfortunately, the starter I got was defective right out of the box. It wouldn't start my Mercury at all. I had to go through the hassle of returning it, which was a bummer because I really needed it for a trip. I'll try a different model next time.

Good replacement starter for my Ford
