This regulator for my 2009 Highlander was easy to install and seems to be well made. The window rolls up and down without any noise, which is a relief. Glad I chose this option!

Not as expected
I thought this would be an exact replacement, but it didn't fit quite as well as I had hoped for my 2011 Highlander. Works fine now, but it took some adjusting. Just keep that in mind when ordering.

Stopped working after a month
I was happy with this regulator at first, but after only a month, it stopped responding. I really wanted it to last longer, but now I’m looking for another replacement. Disappointed for sure.

Decent product, but slow delivery
