Installed this on my 300 Optimax, and while it functions fine, I noticed it's not an exact match to the old assembly. It works, but it took a bit of tweaking to fit correctly. Might be a good choice if you're in a bind, but double-check compatibility!

Solid Replacement Part for My Boat
I got this oil tank assembly for my Mercury Optimax 250, and it fits like a glove. The quality seems really solid and it was way easier to install than I thought. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully, and you should be good to go!
