I bought the Opti-Lube Xtreme to help with my older diesel engine. It made a slight difference, but honestly, I expected more boost in power. Maybe it’s just not the best fit for my truck. Still, it’s easy to use and the case treats a lot of gallons, which is nice.

Not impressed with the results
I had high hopes for the Opti-Lube XL Xtreme, but after using it, my diesel engine didn't show much improvement. The packaging was fine, but I didn’t notice any significant benefits yet. I feel like I wasted my money on this one.
