I used this Danfoss expansion valve in my AC system after my old one failed. It was a perfect fit, and I appreciated the compatibility with multiple refrigerants like R22 and R134. Cooling performance has greatly improved since installation!

Arrived damaged and unusable
Unfortunately, the expansion valve arrived with some dents, making it unusable. I had to return it and I'm a bit frustrated with the whole process. I really wanted to use this with my R134 setup, but now I'm back to square one.

Not what I expected
I received the expansion valve and it looked a bit worn, which was disappointing. It worked okay with my R134 system, but I expected it to be in better shape. I've had it running for a couple of weeks now, so fingers crossed it holds up!

Decent performance but installation was tricky
The Danfoss valve works well with R404 and R12 refrigerants but I had some trouble figuring out the installation instructions. A clearer guide would’ve been helpful. Still, it’s functioning fine now, just was a bit frustrating at first.
