Works well but packaging was damaged
The hitch itself is solid and adjusts easily, which I love. However, when it arrived, the packaging was dented and I was worried something might be broken. Everything was fine, but I would appreciate better packaging next time!

Solid hitch for towing
I recently installed the Orion Motor Tech adjustable trailer hitch and it’s been great for towing my camper. The dual ball mount is super handy, and the 6-inch drop works perfectly for my vehicle. Installation was straightforward, just needed a wrench!

Sturdy but could use clearer instructions
The Orion hitch does feel sturdy and has great height adjustments. I just wish the instructions were a bit clearer; it took me a few tries to get the 2 5/16 balls mounted right. Once I figured it out, it's done its job well!

Disappointed with it breaking
I had high hopes for this hitch, but it stopped working after a couple of uses. The adjustment mechanism got stuck, and I couldn’t get the balls to move at all. I’m returning it. I expected better quality.
