Disappointed with the product
Unfortunately, my PAC replacement kit arrived with a small dent, and the integrated climate control doesn’t work well. It’s frustrating because I really wanted to upgrade my 2015 truck. I’ll be reaching out for a return. Not what I expected.

Not the easiest installation
I liked the features of the PAC kit, but I struggled a bit with the installation. The instructions weren't super clear, and it took longer than expected to get everything set up in my 2016 truck. Once it was done, the integrated climate controls work great, but I wish it had been easier to install.
