I had high hopes for this ignition coil kit, especially with how it was marketed for my old Johnson outboard. Unfortunately, one of the coils completely failed after just one season of use. Not what I expected for the price.

Decent coils, but a bit tricky to install
The PartsRun ignition coil kit works well on my Evinrude, but installing them was more complicated than I expected. The instructions weren't super clear, but once I figured it out, they started running like new. Just be patient with the setup!

Solid replacement for my Johnson outboard
I recently replaced the ignition coils on my 1970s Johnson outboard with this PartsRun kit. It fit perfectly and fired up right away. Great quality for the price, definitely better than some of the cheaper options out there!

Good kit but shipping took too long
While the PartsRun ignition coil kit itself is solid and works great, I was frustrated with the shipping delay. Took nearly two weeks to get here. The coils are working fine, but that wait was a bit annoying!
