The Performance Tool W89735 diesel compression tester set includes all the necessary components to test diesel compression on most diesel trucks, cars, and tractors. This handy tool set is constructed with durable carbon steel and a chrome plated gauge for accurate measurements in harsh environments. A swivel end coupler allows quick and easy change-out of adapters. This compression test kit offers 0-1000 PSI/0-70 bar gauge with release valve and 14.5-inch hose. In a handy fitted blow molded storage case, this kit includes adapters for most diesel engines including farm equipment.
This diesel compression tester kit is surprisingly well-made for the cost. I’ve used it on my large cars and it gives consistent readings. It’s robust enough for heavy-duty vehicles, which is a big plus for my needs.

Solid kit, but could use better instructions
Overall, the tester works well, but the instructions left a bit to be desired. It took me a while to figure out how to properly connect the hoses. Once I got it set up, though, it accurately diagnosed my tractor's compression issues. So, it’s worth it!
