Our performance ignition modules are direct replacements for popular GM and Ford electronic distributors. These modules provide enhanced high RPM performance and when used with their corresponding Flame-Thrower coil, increase spark plug voltage by more than 40 percent.
I was really excited to install this HEI module, but it stopped working after just a few drives. I followed all the instructions, and it seemed to be working initially. Really bummed since I had high hopes for it.

Good but had some installation hiccups
The Pertronix D2001 module works great once you get it installed, but the instructions were a bit unclear. I had to watch a few videos to figure it out. Now that it’s working, my car runs much smoother, though!

Strong performance after short use
I’ve only had the Flame-Thrower module for a couple of weeks, but so far, I’m impressed with how well it improves spark delivery. However, it arrived a day later than expected, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise, good product!
