I was really disappointed when this steering rack arrived with a dent. I contacted customer service, but it took a few days to sort it out. Finally got a replacement, but the hassle was frustrating. The product itself seems fine now.

Good but took a while to arrive
The power steering rack works well on my 2001 RAV4, and it fits perfectly. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, which was a minor inconvenience. Nonetheless, the performance has been solid since installation!
