AJ Pit Bull Carpet Kicker Installer has a telescoping handle with 4 Adjustment holes in 1 increments which allows it to telescope from 18 1/2 to 21 1/2.
This carpet kicker does the job, but I had some trouble with the adjustments. It wasn't super intuitive at first. Once I figured it out, it worked alright, but I wish the instructions were clearer. Still, it helped me finish my project without too much hassle.

I was kinda disappointed with the Pit Bull Carpet Kicker. It felt a bit flimsy, and after using it for one room, the handle started to wobble. I thought I was getting a quality product, but it didn't hold up as well as I hoped. Might be fine for occasional use but not for regular installs.
