Arrived Damaged, Disappointed
I was really looking forward to this shock absorber kit for my 2019 Ford Fusion, but it arrived with a dent in one of the units. Super frustrating! I reached out for a replacement, but it took longer than I hoped to get a response. I guess I can’t speak to how well they work since I haven't managed to use them yet.

Decent but Some Setup Struggles
The shock absorber kit works as promised for my 2015 Fusion, but I ran into some trouble during installation. The instructions weren't super clear, and it took longer than I expected. Once they were in, the comfort improved a lot. Just be prepared for a bit of a challenge if you're DIY-ing it!
