The paint quality itself is solid, but the results really depend on how well you clean and prep the engine surface. I had a few areas that didn’t adhere well because I rushed the cleaning part. It’s a nice bright white, though!

Great for DIY engine projects

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this engine enamel was to apply. The 16 oz. can covered my small engine perfectly, and the white color gives it a clean look. It has held up well against the heat so far. Definitely a solid choice for engine painting!

Not as heat-resistant as expected
I painted my engine with this POR-15 enamel, and while it looked great initially, it started to peel after a few heat cycles. I expected better from a high-temp paint. Now I’m back to square one, which is disappointing.
