I was disappointed when the tool arrived with a small dent in the frame. It still functions well, but I expected better quality control. The pulling capacity is great, but the packaging could use improvement.

Sturdy but needs better instructions
The puller itself seems very durable and does the job well, but the instructions were pretty vague. I had to figure out a couple of steps on my own. Love the 2 jaws and the overall length, though!

Great tool for lifting heavy stuff
I used the Posi-Lock PT204 to lift a heavy engine block, and it worked flawlessly. The 2-ton capacity is just what I needed, and the 4-foot reach made it easy to maneuver in my garage. Definitely a solid purchase!
